PHASE 1: As Architectural Studio the focus has been almost solely on timber structures since 1988.  
Design,  documentation, and supervision of erection of log homes and other timber buildings to our clients’ requirements is our speciality. Our website reflects popular designs tested in various projects over many years, in most provinces of SA and Southern African countries like Mozambique, Angola and Zambia.

PHASE 2: Once you decide on a design, usually after some discussions with our team, we provide you with a final quote and an order contract, detailing all items. On acceptance of the agreement and payment of the required deposit, an order is placed at the factory for your new home.

PHASE 3: Your new home is now a KIT, ready to travel to site!  
The panels are clearly marked and loaded together with all materials and items you require and/or have chosen to complete your home.

PHASE 4: All discussions are over, plans have been presented, quotes accepted, deposits paid and your home has been pre-manufactured and the kit delivered on site…

 
*An independent Construction Company will manage and oversee the complete assembly and finish of your project, as part of the package.  
We offer contracting support to all building teams.
