PHASE 2: Once you decide on a design, usually after some discussions with our team, we provide you with a final quote and an order contract, detailing all items. On acceptance of the agreement and payment of the required deposit, an order is placed at our factory for your new home.

Depending on the size, the manufacturing process can take about 2 to 4 weeks.

This process includes manufacturing of the floor structure; exterior and interior walls, fitted with window frames, insulation and conduits; roof system; decking, stairs and handrails.

The panels fit together like a Meccano set, ready for assembly and finish on site.

DIY note: We strongly encourage anybody who has some practical skills to consider self-assembly of the timber home. If you can hang a door and a roof truss, you should be able to complete this project successfully. With the help of two good carpenters and one or two labourers, the kit will soon be your home!

Should you choose to assemble and finish the unit yourself, we also supply you with complete plans, instructions, a tools list (you will only need hand tools), a materials list (you simply hand in the plumbing or electricity fittings list at your local supplier) and a work schedule.

You will stay in control of the cashflow, the labour expenses and overall progress of the project.
